This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Commons:Deletion requests/File:نسيم يوسف يزبك.png was created because the image was AI-generated; the UDR failed.

On 2 August, they uploaded another AI-generated image; I am trying to get it deleted. Does any admin want to block them on Commons, since they're already indeffed on Arabic Wikipedia? Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/Vandalism/Archive 29#Gmyazbeckk ended without action after they swore only a week ago to stop uploading personal works and be a constructive contributor. @Jeff G.: similar things are really common among metal bands. We have a lot of much more extreme typography in Category:Logos of heavy metal music groups and its subcats. Examples: File:Angelus Apatrida.svg, File:Abrogation logo.svg, File:Hermética Logo.svg, File:Gorilla Monsoon Logo.svg. - Jmabel ! talk 18:35, 5 August 2026 (UTC)

Even those are pretty tame compared to some - see the logos in this somewhat famous poster, for example. That being said, most of those band logos are probably above TOO.

In this case, the "Eternally Yours" logo may be out of scope for a completely different reason - while there is an upcoming TV series by that name, it does not appear to use that logo. Omphalographer (talk) 23:07, 5 August 2026 (UTC)

This user is a sockpuppet of Milan Szymon Szulc. I checked his old GlyphWiki page, with his user nickname being called “szulc220” (which is a modified version of Szulc), he says he’s the owner of KenigMoji, aka. Kenig (shortened version). Also, he combines his username with the suffix “-tlym2”. This user is also doing the same behavior as Milan Szymon Szulc and Szulc is also working the current user. I think he likes Kenig much.  Done indef-blocked as an inappropriate filename. However, I don't see this as so inappropriate as to require suppression of where it may have been used.

Upload File:Bandeira da Polícia Federal.png is licensed as {{Cc-by-sa-4.0}} Since the author credit is not to this user (it just reads "Agente Pereira"), it wouldn't force someone to attribute this offensive name to reuse the file. That does raise an interesting potential issue for the future: what do we do if an otherwise valid license requires an offensive attribution? - Jmabel ! talk 01:01, 10 August 2026 (UTC)

Sure. But what if it was something even more offensive: e.g. a Nazi slogan, or something praising pedophilia? What if it was the URL of a gambling site, or the phone number of something where you are charged if you dial it?
